Absolutely. Shipping rates are available at checkout.

Shipping time is dependent on location.
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep up to date with the destination of your order.
Please allow 2-3 days for order to be processed before shipping.

We want you to enjoy wearing your jewellery and we packaged each item with care. However we understand that sometimes a refund or exchange is required.
For damaged item
1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item using the contact form HERE. Remember to also include your order number
2. We will contact you and provide you with a shipping address
3. Package the item securely. You can reuse the bubble wrap and cushioning or use your own
4. Customers will need to pay for return shipping along with the tracking number to ensure the product arrives safely. Please kindly note shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Once we receive the item a refund will be issued
For change of mind exchange or return
The most efficient way is to return the product using steps 1-5 above.
Product should arrive undamaged and in the original condition.
Once return is approved and if you wish for an exchange, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Aluristry reserves the right to reject a return request.
